RM 68 Terms & Conditions – A Complete Guide for All Malaysian Members

1Acceptance of Terms

By registering for, accessing, or using any of the services provided by RM 68 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform"), you agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this document, please discontinue your use of the Platform immediately.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and RM 68. This document should be read together with Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Guidelines ours, both of which form part of the overall terms governing your use of the Platform.

2Member Eligibility

To register and use the services of RM 68, you must meet all of the following criteria:

• At least 18 years old on the date of registration
• Is an individual acting on their own behalf, not on behalf of any other party
• Not currently self-excluded from any gambling platform, whether voluntarily or by court order
• Making deposits and playing using funds from legitimate sources

3Registration & Account Management

4Deposit & Withdrawal

All financial transactions at RM 68 processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted payment methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, DuitNow, and FPX via Maybank2u and CIMB Clicks. RM 68 does not accept foreign payment methods.

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your deposit. This is a security measure to prevent money laundering. For your first withdrawal, the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process must be completed beforehand.

5Bonus & Promotions

All bonuses and promotions offered by RM 68 subject to the specific terms and conditions stated alongside each offer. The general conditions applicable to all bonuses are as follows:

6Game Rules

All games offered at RM 68 – including Live Casino, slots, Sports Betting (Malaysia Super League, EPL), badminton, e-sports, lottery, and Blackjack – are operated in accordance with the rules set by their respective game providers and the platform's policies RM 68.

• The results of all RNG (Random Number Generator) games are final and cannot be disputed
• For Sports Betting, results are determined based on the official outcome declared by the relevant sports governing body

7Prohibited User Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities while using the services of RM 68:

3. Using another person's account, with or without their knowledge
4. Using bots, automated scripts, or any non-human means to interact with the platform
5. Colluding with other players to manipulate games or exploit the system
6. Making a deposit using a payment method that does not belong to you
7. Attempting to hack, disrupt, or exploit any vulnerabilities within the system RM 68
8. Posting content that is offensive, threatening, or defamatory toward the Platform or its staff

8Account Closure & Suspension

RM 68 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a breach of these Terms & Conditions. Suspended accounts will be investigated and the outcome communicated to the member via their registered email.

You also have the right to close your own account at any time by contacting the support team RM 68. Prior to account closure, any remaining balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met the wagering requirements) will be returned to you upon completion of the required verification process.

9Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, RM 68 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or resulting losses arising from the use of or inability to use our services, including:
